In the morning of the 2 November 2022, His Excellency SEANG Thirith, the Deputy Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and representative of His Excellency SOU Socheat, the delegate of royal government in charge as Director General of SERC, presided over a seminar on “Sustainable Financing”. The seminar was also attended by Mrs Thay Sokphalline the director of Securities Issuance Supervision Department of the SERC as an honorable speaker with her colleague. It was organized by the Cambodia Securities Exchange at the Exchange’s office.
