On the morning of Friday, February 7, 2025, with the permission of H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), H.E. SEANG Thirith, Deputy Director General of SERC, accompanied by H.E. Thay Sokphalline, Director of the Securities Issuance Supervision Department, and officials from SERC, led a related-party meeting with relevant stakeholders in the securities sector regarding the Draft Prakas on the Offering of Infrastructure Debt Securities.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), securities underwriters, credit rating agency and CAPRED.

During the meeting, participants actively engaged in the discussions on key aspects of the draft Prakas and the meeting was concluded successfully.
