In the afternoon of April 5, 2023, H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), accompanied by H.E. SEANG Thirith, Deputy Director General of SERC, and his colleagues, presided over a press conference on “Initial Public offering of Equity Securities of CAMGSM Plc” at the Cambodia Stock Exchange (CSX).
CAMGSM Plc. is going to list its share on main board of CSX after getting principal approval from the Council of Non-Banking Financial Services Authority on April 4, 2023.
