The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) would like to extend our congratulations to the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), Which is a corporate bond guarantee and for being rated as KhAAA by the Rating Agency of (Cambodia) Plc on December 19, 2023.
This result shows the soundness of the company as a guarantor, SERC strongly believes that CGCC’s contributions to the Cambodia Securities Market will build more investors confidence and ,especially, contribute to promoting the growth of the issuance of corporate bonds in Cambodia, as well as the growth of the national economy.
