Closed-door meeting on the draft prakas on “fees for Issuance of Securities Issuance, Transactions Related to Listed securities and service, Update on the information of recognized companies in the securities sector”

On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SERC) held a closed-door meeting on the draft prakas on “fees for Issuance of Securities Issuance, Transactions Related to Listed securities and service, Update on the information of recognized companies in the securities sector” under the presence of HE Sieng Thirith, Deputy Director General of SERC, accompanied by Ms. Thai Sok Phollin, Director of Securities Issuance Management Department and associates, with the participation from representatives of securities listed companies, securities auditing companies, bond representative, rating agency, underwriters and financial advisors.
