In the afternoon of November 2, 2022, H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) provided keynote address in the Regular General Meeting of International Business Chamber for Cambodia (IBC) on the topic of “The Changing Assessment Era with Cambodia’s New Rating Agency” at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.
This meeting was attended by Mr. Paul Clements, Executive Chairperson of International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC), Ms. Katherine McLean, Executive Director of IBC, Mr. Sisowath Chakara, Executive Director of The Rating Agency of (Cambodia) Plc as well as members of IBC.
The meeting aims to promote networking and share news and knowledge to the members, especially insights of Cambodia Capital Market.
