In the afternoon of Aguest 2, 2024, H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), led colleagues to meet with Mr. Vivek Rao, Principal Financial Sector Specialist of Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Mr. Sisowath Chakara, Chief Executive Director of Rating Agency of (Cambodia) Plc (RAC) and colleague at SERC office to discuss about the progress of the project in supporting the credit rating agency in Cambodia in the purpose of promoting the securities development in Cambodia and its next step. The meeting went smoothly and fruitfully.
