In the afternoon of December 13, 2023, H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia led colleagues to meet with Mr. Vivek Rao, ADB Principal Financial Sector Specialist and Mr. Sisowath Chakara, Executive Director of Rating Agency of Cambodia (RAC) and colleague at the SERC office to discuss about the action plan to support the development of securities market in Cambodia, especially the bond market. Through this meeting, Mr. Vivek wrapped up the result of his meeting held from 11th-13th December 2023 with relevant stakeholders, including: Ministry of Economy and Finance, National Bank of Cambodia, National Social Security Fund, Cambodia Securities Exchange, Listed Companies, Securities Companies, Financial Advisor, Potential Issuers, Cambodian Credit Guarantee Corporation and RAC. The meeting went smoothly and fruitfully.
