ACLEDA Bank has obtained approval from the National Bank of Cambodia for green bond issuance to qualified investors.
ACLEDA Bank is continuing to fulfil the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”) and Cambodia Securities Exchange (“CSX”).
The issuance of green bonds takes part and in line with the government’s goal in reducing carbon emissions, environmental impacts, and strengthen the securities sector in Cambodia.
