Rating Agency of (Cambodia) Plc. (hereafter: “RAC”) has applied the policy to assign solicited credit rating to all entities that sign on the credit rating service agreement with RAC only.

RAC will disclose the Credit Rating Report to the public for the credit rating report of the debt instrument i.e. Credit Rating report of Bond issuance.

RAC will not disclose the Credit Rating Report to the public in case of the Private Issuer Credit Rating – ICR.
