On Monday morning, 31st October 2022, His Excellency SEANG Thirith, the Deputy Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), the representative of His Excellency SOU Socheat, the delegate of RGC act as Director General of SERC, accompanied by his colleagues attended the listing event of the public offering of debt securities of Royal Railway. Royal Railway is a sole operator of the railway network in the kingdom of Cambodia which get the approval on the public offering of debt securities by the SERC. Royal Railway is the 8th debt listed company and the 17th listed company on Cambodia Securities Exchange.
