The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) is pleased to congratulate Rating Agency of (Cambodia) Plc (RAC), a credit rating agency accredited by the SERC to provide a rating service in the securities sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion that the Board of the Association of Credit Rating Agencies in Asia (ACRAA) approved RAC’s application for membership.
