On Thursday 19th January 2023 morning, H.E SOU SOCHEAT, Delegate of Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), accompanied by his colleagues presided over the Official Green Bond Listing Ceremony of Golden Tree. Golden Tree is one of the leading real estate companies in Cambodia providing commercial office building rental, building management and real estate consultants services. The company has requested to issue the first green bond in Cambodia. Golden Tree is the 9th debt securities listed company and the 18th listed company on Cambodia Securities Exchange.
