On Thursday 29th December 2022 morning, H.E SOU SOCHEAT, Delegate of Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), accompanied by his colleagues presided over the event on Listing of Debt Securities of Royal Railway Plc. Royal Railway Plc is the only railway operator in the Kingdom of Cambodia which has been granted approval on the offering of debt securities by the SERC for 2 tranches: the first tranche is the Public Offering of Debt Securities and the second tranche is the offering of debt securities for qualified investor. Royal Railway Plc is the 8th debt securities listed company and the 17th listed company on Cambodia Securities Exchange.
