On October 17, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), in collaboration with Ratings Agency (Cambodia), Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility (CGIF), Monas University and SBI Royal Securities PLC, organizes Workshop on Bond Issuance Progress and Credit Rating and MoU Signing ceremony between Rating Agency of (Cambodia) and Monash University at the office of Non-bank Financial Service Authority (NBFSA) presided by H.E SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the SERC and Neak Oknha KIT Meng, President of Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia. The workshop is conducted to promote and raise awareness of bond issuance progress and credit rating. It was attended by representatives from the General Secretary of NBSFA, Regulators and Unit under NBFSA, Securities Issuers, Potential Issuers, other 8 related parties and officials of the SERC.
